2. Description of Service

SurfaceLocal provides AI visibility audits for local businesses. The Service analyzes your business's presence across AI platforms, business directories, and structured data sources, and provides a score and recommendations.

3. Free and Paid Services

The free audit provides a limited analysis. Full Reports are available for a one-time fee. All purchases are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

SurfaceLocal provides information and recommendations on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
